NS Gowns

Terms & Conditions.

  • All sales are final. There are no returns, exchanges, refunds* or transferred credits.

    • *All funds paid to-date will be refunded for order cancellations up to 24hrs after placement. Quotation acceptance is taken as order placement. Orders are non-refundable after 24hrs.

  • A 60% deposit secures a bride’s place on the production schedule, dates will not be held until a deposit is received. NS Gowns will not confirm a completion date, until a deposit has been received and measurements taken. Completion dates are provided in writing.

  • NS Gowns accepts no responsibility for changes in circumstance ie. Wedding cancellation, postponement or change of mind.

  • All gowns are handmade, not mass produced, slight variations should be expected

  Payment Terms

  • All dresses are made to order, a non-refundable deposit of 60% is required before production can begin.

  • NS Gowns accepts no responsibility for production delays as a result of late/missed payments.

  • Payments can be accepted via bank deposit.

  • Gowns must be paid in full before collection. The outstanding balance must be paid within seven days from the date written notification of gown completion is issued by NS Gowns. Failure to pay the outstanding balance within seven days will result in the client forfeiting all funds paid to-date and the gown.

Measurements

  • To remain on schedule, measurements must be taken no more than one week after a deposit has been made. NS Gowns will schedule a measurement appointment.

    • Production will not begin until a bride has signed a body measurement declaration, to accept the accuracy of the measurements taken by NS Gowns.

    • Measurement changes will not be accepted once a body measurement declaration form has been signed.

    • NS Gowns accepts no responsibility for circumstances where a bride’s body measurements change during the production process. For example, as a result of weight gain or loss.

Gown Production

  • The production timeline for made-to-order gowns is min 6 months. The timeline does not commence until gown design has been finalised, deposit received and measurements taken.

  • Change requests including gown design and/or fabric choices cannot be accepted once a deposit has been received.

  • NS Gowns does not offer an alteration service. Fitting appointments allow for reasonable alterations during the production schedule. Alteration requests outside of the production schedule will not be accepted.

  • All reasonable steps are taken to ensure gowns are accurately Made-to-Order.

  • NS Gowns accepts no responsibility for production delays that occur as a result of a bride’s failure to provide requested information in a timely manner, or attend scheduled fittings.

 

NS Ceremonies

Terms & Conditions.

Booking

A ceremony date is not booked or confirmed until the celebrant has confirmed, in writing, to the couple, receipt of a $300 deposit.

The $300 deposit is non-refundable..

In circumstances where another couple requests the same date prior to a deposit being received. 24 hours notice will be provided. If no deposit is received in that time, the date will be offered to the other couple.

The balance of fee's is due one month prior to the accepted ceremony date.

Refunds

  • Postponement requested by couple:

The deposit will be held and applied to an agreed upon future date.

The couple is responsible for all other expenses incurred.

A new schedule of fee's may apply to the future ceremony date.

  • Cancellation requested by couple:

If cancellation is requested no later than one-month prior to the confirmed ceremony date the couple will be refunded any funds paid to-date (less deposit).

If cancellation is requested within one-month or less of the confirmed ceremony date no refund will be paid.

  • Cancelled by celebrant:

100% of the funds (including deposit) will be refunded to the couple.
